Yoga With Me
Join us for this new monthly "Yoga With Me" series, launching in April! These classes are ideal for young children and a caregiver and will incorporate song, movement, mindfulness, games, and breathwork along with a variety of yoga poses. Participants will practice yoga together in a way that engages the body, the brain and breath for total balance.
Each 30-minute session will begin at 11:30am on Sunday mornings, just before Keystone Kidspace opens to the public. Cost is $15/person (regardless of age). Tuition includes full access to Keystone Kidspace for the afternoon following the class.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle!
