Biography
Before launching Keystone Kidspace, Jessica was a nonprofit consultant specializing in strategic and business planning and taught courses in nonprofit management, social entrepreneurship and philanthropy at York College.
She currently serves on the board of Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children and was selected as a 2024-25 York Federal Fellow by the White Rose Leadership Institute. She led the board of York’s Central Market during its multi-million dollar revitalization effort and has served on the boards of a number of local nonprofits including the Cultural Alliance and the York JCC. Jessica also was proud to be appointed to the Pennsylvania Commission for Women by Governor Wolf at the start of his first term and was reappointed twice as Commissioner. A native of Montreal, she met her husband Pat while working and living in Boston and they moved to his hometown of York in 2007. They have two boys.
