Apple Cider Donut Baking Workshop

Sunday, October 4, 2026

11am-1pm

This workshop is part of our From Scratch Series, where participants build hands-on kitchen skills using real kitchen tools and culinary techniques. Along the way, participants help prepare and create ingredients that will be preserved, transformed, and enjoyed in future KitchenLab experiences.

Put our fresh-pressed apple cider to work! In this hands-on baking workshop, kids will use cider made by kids in the Keystone Kidspace KitchenLab to bake a batch of delicious apple cider donuts. Along the way, they’ll practice essential baking skills, learn basic kitchen safety procedures, and turn something we made from scratch into a sweet fall treat—there might even be leftovers!

If this event is at capacity, you may join the waitlist.
Anna Nielson & White Clover Farm

Anna is a lifelong reader, crafter, and food enthusiast with an insatiable curiosity about how things work. She has spent much of her career exploring nearly every corner of food service, from prep cook and banquet service to restaurant management and pastry chef. After having kids, her focus shifted toward home cooking and food preservation, while her passion for feeding mind, body, and soul expanded to her family and community. When she isn’t thinking about, making, or eating food, Anna can usually be found with her family and cat or creating whimsical trinkets, jewelry, and other things that sparkle from reclaimed and found materials.
