The facility is ADA compliant and we make every effort to ensure that all visitors are welcome and safe in our space. To accommodate learning differences, sensory issues and other developmental challenges, we reserve certain daytime hours for our special needs visitors and provide accessibility aids when possible.
KultureCity® Sensory Bags containing special KCVIP badges, feeling thermometer, fidget tools, and noise-canceling headphones are available to borrow (at no cost) at our Front Desk. Sensory bags can be used for all abilities of all ages.
Quiet Space is available in the Hangout (first floor) & the Chillatorium (second floor). Please let a team member know if you are looking for a Quiet Space, and they will help you find it.
